Dr. Karan Mehta
Dr. Karan Mehta is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who currently practices at Mouth Jaw Face Clinic and is a Visiting Consultant at various hospitals in Borivali and Mumbai suburban area.
After completing graduation in 2009, he practiced for few years before joining his master’s in 2012. He has done his master’s in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from renowned M.S.Ramaiah College, Bengaluru (Now M S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences).
Dr. Karan Mehta, as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, has worked at KEM Hospital, Dept. of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery; Mumbai Cleft Centre, Dahisar for almost 1 year, and since then is part of the Head and Neck Oncosurgery and Reconstruction team at Navneet Hi-Tech Hospital, Dahisar.
Along with this, he has his visiting Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery consultation practice.
He has international training from Belgium especially but not limited to Orthognathic Surgery and Alveolar Bone reconstruction/grafting.
Dr. Mehta has a Fellowship in Aesthetic Medicine from ILLAMED, affiliated to Greifswald University, Germany. It includes Hair Transplant Surgery.
He has presented papers at National Conferences and published an article in a peer-reviewed journal. Dr. Karan keeps himself updated and practices a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery including Hair Transplant Surgery, Facial Cosmetic Surgery, Facial Implants, Orthognathic Surgery, Facial Trauma, TMJ Surgery, Facial Pain, Dental Implant Surgery, Wisdom Tooth surgery.
